About
Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU) is a leading research-intensive university in the Baltic region, comprising a Medical and Veterinary Academy and two major affiliated university hospitals: Kauno Klinikos (a tertiary care center with ~2,000 beds) and Kaunas Hospital (secondary care with ~1,500 beds). These hospitals actively contribute to collaborative research and clinical innovation.
LSMU provides comprehensive clinical expertise across the full spectrum of health sciences—medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing—ranging from family medicine to transplant surgery and cyclotron-based theranostics.
