We want every delegate to take part on equal terms. 

• The conference venue is wheelchair accessible, with accessible toilets and reserved seating near the stage. 

• Study visit sites vary in accessibility. Tell us your requirements at registration and we will match you to a site that works and confirm it personally. 

• Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free and allergy-safe catering is provided at every hosted meal, if requested at registration. 

• Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the programme. 

• A quiet room is available on the conference day.
