If we join your Horizon Europe consortium as a Communication & Dissemination Work Package partner, we deliver the complete package every coordinator expects — project website, social channels, newsletters, policy briefs, stakeholder events, press relations, the final conference — and we add our youth-engagement methodology on top. The result is a WP that delivers everything the call requires plus a measurable societal-impact and innovation-uptake pipeline that strengthens your Impact section directly.

What our methodology adds across the project lifecycle:

→ Year 1 — Translating your research into educational assets. From project month one, we work alongside your scientific WP leads to convert each emerging research finding into age-banded educational content: lesson plans for primary classrooms (8–12), modules for secondary schools (13–18), university research-translation briefs, and venture-oriented ideation materials for young entrepreneurs (25–30). Every output produced in English plus three or more consortium-country languages.

→ Year 2 onwards — In-school workshop programme across multiple consortium countries. Hands-on workshops delivered directly inside primary and secondary classrooms across the consortium's geographic footprint, paired with experimental kits shipped to participating teachers. We train consortium-country teachers to deliver follow-on sessions, multiplying reach without further travel budget.

→ Throughout — Youth-native digital content programme. A parallel youth-facing digital track on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, producing content in formats and rhythms that 13–30 year-olds actually engage with. Reaches an audience layer the standard WP channels do not touch.

→ Throughout — Open Educational Resources legacy. Every educational asset CC-BY licensed and deposited in the EU's Open Educational Resources repositories. Operationalises your Open Science obligations directly. Ensures teachers across Europe will be using your project's materials in 2030, 2035, and beyond.

→ Years 3–4 — Research-to-venture pipeline. Hackathons and ideation cohorts connecting your project's research outputs to university students forming startup ideas and to young entrepreneurs seeking research-grounded ventures. Feeds directly into your exploitation pathway and innovation-uptake reporting.

As a Greek NGO, EVEC strengthens three scoring levers in a single partner: Widening country participation, societal impact pathway, and innovation uptake among next-generation researchers and entrepreneurs. We bring a decade of EU project-management discipline (Erasmus+ KA1 accredited, ESC Quality Label holder, 20+ EU projects delivered) and operational infrastructure including an urban science living-lab in central Athens available as a physical engagement venue.
