Towards Circular Economy - CIRCULAR POWER

The company will launch a branded modular energy-storage product, CIRCULAR-PACK, assembled in-house from certified second-life EV battery modules, paired with a digital service, CIRCULAR-LIFE, that tracks every PV module, inverter, heat pump and storage pack from commissioning through maintenance, reuse and end-of-life recycling. First-life lithium batteries and PV modules installed in Poland since 2018 are now entering a wave of replacement and warranty returns. Most installers still treat these assets as waste. INSTALBUD OZE already touches the hardware at the customer site. The grant finances the missing industrial and digital layer: a small assembly and testing hall, diagnostic and fire-safe handling equipment, a digital product passport platform, staff upskilling, and a structured cooperation with a Norwegian circular-battery or energy-tech partner.

Expected results by project close (indicative, 24 months):

•    A certified CIRCULAR-PACK product family (10 kWh / 20 kWh / 40 kWh) placed on the Polish market.

•    At least 120 second-life battery modules reused instead of landfilled or exported as scrap.

•    At least 80 tonnes of PV and electrical waste diverted into reuse or high-value recycling pathways.

•    Measurable GHG reduction of approximately 480 t CO2e over the first three operating years.

•    Revenue from the new product-service line of at least PLN 3.4 million in year 3 after commissioning.
