About me

I lead projects from start to finish for government departments, local authorities, advocacy groups, and large organisations. That means everything from scoping and behavioural research to intervention design, delivery, and trials. Along the way, I use both qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover barriers and enablers, and I translate those insights into clear, practical, and engaging outputs. Always with the same goal: to turn insights into action.
