The Behaviouralist is a London-based behavioural science consultancy specialising in large-scale behaviour change campaigns to inform policy. We address complex social and environmental challenges by uncovering what drives behaviour and designing practical, scalable strategies to shift it. Our multidisciplinary team spans behavioural science, data, design, and communications, and we have delivered evidence-based solutions for clients including the International Energy Agency, European Commission, UK government departments (DESNZ, DEFRA, HMRC), local authorities, and major organisations such as Virgin Atlantic, Uber.
