Urban & Coastal Living Labs: finding innovative ways to tackle tourism's carbon-emissions in practice

We can redefine the scope and details of the pre-proposal with you, but this is how we intended to contribute with our expertise:
- XperienceSthlm (Stockholm, Sweden) - required funding 300,000 EUR for 36 person-months involvement

Urban sustainable and cultural tourism; community and heritage-based design thinking

Lead work package on urban circular tourism strategies; develop visitor behaviour change campaigns

Urban Lab (Stockholm): pilot refillable-packaging cafés, local producer routes, and equitable tourism outcome mapping.

Would be happy to deliver native-English communication work (all reporting, media, website and results communications) and Consortium representative participation in all DUT and Knowledge Hub events
- ImpacTrip (Cascais, Lisbon Region, Portugal) - required funding: 100,000 EUR for 10-person months involvement

B-Corp certified social enterprise offering volunteering & responsible travel programs (e.g. Impact Beach House focused on SDGs, Ocean Conservation, and Climate Action)

Design impact volunteering exchange model that links tourists to local sustainability projects

Coastal Lab (Cascais, Lisbon): scale ImpacTrip’s “Impact Beach House” model as zero-waste, climate action, circular economy, and social inclusion labs.
