Seeking municipalities, policy makers & civic organizations to join a multimodal mobility project focused on user engagement & digital travel tools.
About
We are currently leading the preparation of a proposal under 15-Minute City Topic 1: Next steps for multimodal urban mobility, building on the travel experience, with a vision to foster inclusive, seamless, and user-driven multimodal transport systems.
Our project focuses on improving the travel experience across different modes of urban mobility by offering real-time, intelligent, and engaging digital tools. By integrating passenger feedback loops and behavioural engagement mechanisms, we aim to actively incentivize the shift from private vehicles to more sustainable, shared transport options.
Our multidisciplinary consortium already includes:
-
Leading universities specialized in algorithm and model development for transport optimization,
-
A city planning research partner,
-
A micromobility provider,
-
A mobile app development company with experience in multimodal routing and engagement,
-
A committed municipal partner for real-world piloting.
To complete the consortium, we are now looking for:
-
Additional municipalities willing to act as pilot cities or provide policy context,
-
Policy-makers or transport authorities engaged in mobility innovation,
-
Civil society or user advocacy organizations that can support passenger engagement and user interaction design
Partners interested in contributing to a citizen-centric vision of multimodal transport—whether through policy, engagement, or piloting—are warmly invited to get in touch. Let’s co-create a project that not only meets the objectives of the DUT Partnership but also delivers practical, scalable solutions for cities across Europe.
