KAM Innovation is a technology company based in Ankara, Turkey, with a strong focus on developing mobile applications, integrating multimodal data, and delivering user-centered digital solutions for urban mobility. With a deep commitment to inclusive, accessible, and sustainable transport systems, KAM designs and implements tools that connect people, services, and transport modes in a seamless and efficient way. One of the company’s flagship products, the Actividi app, enables users to plan door-to-door trips by combining micromobility services such as shared e-scooters and bicycles with public transportation options. The app also incorporates personalized routing, incentive mechanisms, and feedback collection features to improve the travel experience, especially for younger and underserved user groups.
KAM brings particular strengths in translating research into real-world applications through pilot implementation and stakeholder co-creation. By working closely with municipalities and micromobility providers, KAM ensures that its solutions are not only technically sound but also locally relevant and socially accepted. Through focus groups, co-design activities, and real-time data collection, the company places end users at the heart of development processes, creating adaptable systems that respond to diverse urban needs. In addition to technical development, KAM also leads coordination and project management efforts in international collaborations, ensuring smooth delivery, partner alignment, and knowledge exchange.
We are currently preparing a proposal under the call “Next steps for multimodal urban mobility, building on the travel experience”, and actively seeking collaborations with municipalities, academic institutions, mobility operators, and policy actors. Our goal is to contribute to human-driven, scalable, and impactful urban mobility solutions that prioritize quality of travel, integration of services, and inclusivity in access. We are especially interested in working with partners who value participatory processes, real-world testing, and long-term commitment to sustainable urban transitions.
