Modular Sales Facility for Renocar

This project involved the turnkey delivery of a modular office building with a flat roof and a usable floor area of more than 130 m². The building is based on a modular steel structural system founded on a reinforced concrete foundation slab, providing a durable, efficient, and flexible construction solution.

Our scope of work included the complete project documentation required for the building permit, construction of the modular building, installation of all utility connections, and the landscaping and finishing works surrounding the property.

The façade is clad with white Cembonit fibre cement panels, giving the building a clean, contemporary appearance while emphasizing its representative and professional character. The interior was completed in accordance with the client's architectural design, combining elegant grey finishes with glazed partition walls framed in slim stainless-steel profiles to create a bright, modern, and functional working environment.

For year-round comfort, the building is equipped with electric underfloor heating using carbon heating foil, providing efficient and evenly distributed warmth throughout the interior. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate during the summer months, contributing to a pleasant and energy-efficient workspace.
