Modul Cont 4L

This turnkey family home is based on the standard ModulCont 4L model and was developed in the Železné hory Protected Landscape Area (PLA). Due to the location, several architectural elements had to be adapted to comply with the requirements of the protected landscape while ensuring the building blended naturally with its surroundings.

The modifications included the addition of a pitched roof and changes to the façade materials, allowing the house to meet both environmental regulations and the clients' expectations for modern, comfortable living.

Our scope of work covered the entire project from start to finish. This included preparing the architectural study required for the PLA approval process, complete project documentation, obtaining the necessary building permits, manufacturing and installing the modular home, and carrying out all external works.

The external works included the installation of a biological wastewater treatment plant and a rainwater retention tank, providing an environmentally responsible and sustainable solution for the property.

The completed project demonstrates how modular construction can successfully combine modern architecture, efficient building methods, and respect for protected natural environments while delivering a high-quality turnkey home.
