About
Horizon Europe Health 2027 – Research Collaboration Opportunity
Our research group at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Faculty of Medicine, Türkiye, is interested in joining European research consortia focusing on diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, precision medicine, and innovative therapeutic approaches.
Our research expertise includes molecular biochemistry, metabolic biomarkers, inflammation, oxidative stress, and molecular mechanisms of disease progression and therapeutic response.
Our expertise and potential contributions:
- Molecular biomarker profiling and analytical validation using ELISA and RT-qPCR.
- Investigation of metabolic, inflammatory, and oxidative stress-related molecular pathways.
- Experimental evaluation of disease mechanisms and therapeutic responses.
- Development and validation of multi-biomarker approaches.
- Integration of molecular findings with clinical and translational research.
Collaboration interests:
We are particularly interested in multidisciplinary projects involving precision medicine, biomarker-guided therapeutic strategies, innovative treatments, and prediction of disease progression or treatment response.
Partners sought:
We welcome collaboration with universities, clinical research centres, hospitals, AI and bioinformatics teams, and biotechnology companies.
Our objective is to contribute to dedicated molecular biomarker analysis, mechanistic investigation, and experimental validation work packages within Horizon Europe Health 2027 consortia.
We are open to joining existing consortia and collaboratively developing competitive research proposals.
