About
Your strategic partner for clinical development, hospital-based research and European funding
At VectorB2B, we support biotech, medtech and healthcare innovators from early development to clinical implementation, combining scientific expertise, clinical operations and project management.
CLINICAL RESEARCH & HOSPITAL ACCESS
We provide Site Management Organization (SMO) services directly within hospitals, supporting study set-up, patient recruitment, site coordination and day-to-day trial operations.
Through our hospital network in Portugal, we provide access to a population of approximately 650,000 patients and currently coordinate more than 50 clinical studies and trials across different therapeutic indications.
Our teams work closely with investigators, hospital services, sponsors and CROs, helping ensure efficient study activation, recruitment and execution.
DRUG & MEDTECH DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
We support companies throughout the development pathway, including:
-
Development strategy and feasibility assessment
-
Pre-clinical and clinical project management
-
Toxicology and GLP services
-
Medical device studies
-
Early-phase clinical trials
-
Phase II–III trials
-
Phase IV and real-world evidence studies
-
Regulatory and quality support
Our dedicated project managers can act as a single point of contact, coordinating activities from pre-clinical development through clinical trials.
EUROPEAN FUNDING & CONSORTIUM DEVELOPMENT
VectorB2B also has experience in Horizon Europe and other competitive European funding programmes.
We participate in European consortia and support partners in:
-
Identification of suitable funding opportunities
-
Consortium building and partner identification
-
Proposal development and writing
-
Work package and project design
-
Budget preparation
-
Clinical and pre-clinical planning within funded projects
-
Project management after grant award
This combination of clinical execution capacity, hospital access and funding expertise allows us to support innovative technologies not only in securing funding, but also in moving from funded R&D projects towards clinical validation and implementation.
We are particularly interested in partnerships with biotech, medtech, pharmaceutical companies, research organisations and European consortia looking for a partner in Portugal for clinical studies, development programmes and collaborative R&D projects.
