About
Who We Are
National Pirogov Memorial Medical University (Vinnytsia, Ukraine) is a premier medical research and educational institution. Through our Center for Grant Activities and Academic Mobility, we serve as a reliable academic and clinical partner, bridging high-level international research consortia with on-the-ground project execution and comprehensive study coordination.
Our Institutional Expertise
Comprehensive Clinical Research: Extensive expertise across major therapeutic areas, including non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory), infectious diseases, oncology, and pediatrics.
Trauma, Rehabilitation & Mental Health: Unique practical experience and research capabilities in physical rehabilitation, reconstructive surgery, PTSD management, and psychological support within resilient healthcare models.
Public Health & Epidemiology: Strong background in infectious disease surveillance, health system optimization, and epidemiological data collection.
Digital Health & Medical Innovation: Integration of e-health solutions, implementation of predictive AI/ML modeling in diagnostics, and clinical validation of innovative medical technologies.
What We Are Looking For
We are actively seeking to join consortia as a project partner for the upcoming Horizon Europe Cluster 1 (Health) 2027 calls or Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) projects. We aim to collaborate with European universities, research organizations, hospitals, and SMEs that require robust clinical bases, academic expertise, and diverse patient data for their proposals.
Our Potential Role in a Consortium
Clinical Validation & Trial Sites: Providing access to specialized university clinics, regional hospital networks, and diverse patient cohorts in Ukraine for clinical trials and observational studies.
R&D and Real-World Data Collection: Conducting pre-clinical and clinical testing, biobanking, epidemiological surveys, and real-world evidence (RWE) generation.
Capacity Building & Dissemination: Leveraging our extensive educational network for the training of healthcare professionals, pilot program implementation, and dissemination of project results to medical communities and policymakers.
