About
OIKANOS is a social cooperative enterprise based in Crete, Greece, providing home nursing, psychosocial support and community services to elderly people, people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups. With over 1,500 home visits per month, we have strong experience in real-life care delivery, behavioural support, stakeholder engagement and piloting health-related interventions.
We are looking to join consortiums preparing proposals under the following Horizon Europe 2026 calls:
• HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-ENVHLTH-01 – Understanding and anticipating climate change impacts on health
• HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-ENVHLTH-04 – Climate-resilient and carbon-neutral populations and healthcare systems
• HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-CARE-01 – Public procurement of innovative solutions for improved access to integrated or personalised care
What we offer:
• Access to vulnerable population groups (elderly, disabled, chronic patients)
• Large-scale real-life care environments for pilots and data collection
• Expertise in behavioural insights, psychosocial support and climate anxiety impact
• Co-design and testing of innovative care pathways
