About
The Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra is looking for project partnerships related to health data & AI, cybersecurity in health care, and environmentally, socially, and financially sustainable health care themes.
Sitra is an independent fund working under the supervision of the Finnish Parliament. Our mission is to accelerate well-being and economic growth within the limits of nature’s carrying capacity. We anticipate the future and strengthen future-oriented thinking, seeking new solutions and supporting societal innovations with our partners.
Within Cluster 1, Sitra is looking for consortiums to join in the following calls:
- HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-DISEASE-02: Innovative interventions to prevent the harmful effects of using digital technologies on the mental health of children and young adults
- HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-STAYHLTH-02 Behavioural interventions as primary prevention for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) among young people
- HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-ENVHLTH-01: Towards a better understanding and anticipation of the impacts of climate change on health
- HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-ENVHLTH-04: Towards climate resilient, prepared and carbon neutral populations and healthcare systems
- HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-ENVHLTH-05: Support for a multilateral initiative on climate change and health research
- HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-ENVHLTH-MISSCLIMA-03: Tools and technologies to support health adaptation to climate change
- HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-IND-03 Regulatory science to support translational development of patient-centred health technologies
In Horizon Europe projects, Sitra's role can include foresight and scenario-building, stakeholder engagement, FSTP funding distribution and support for scale-ups, coordination, policy recommendations & EU health policy expertise (particularly EHDS). Our current EU project portfolio includes coordination of the pan-European TEHDAS2 Joint Action and EU Circular Economy Resource Centre.
