Physical Activity and Healthy lifestyle Interventions
Professor at Kinesis Innovation Center
Münster, Germany
About
Exercise and Physical Activity is essential in prevention and therapy of all major health challenges -- inactivity and sedentary behavior is one of the top health risk factors.
However, intervention has to be adapted to conditions and individuals. At University of Münster and Kinesis Innovation Centre, we care for state of the art, theory-based behavior change and personalised intervention, including technolgy.
We participate as a partner, not as coordinator.
