About

My expertise is in the area of Rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases relevant to NCDs via the link to cardiovascular disease, ageing population, mental health aspects of chronic diseases. Specific expertise in designing tailored physical activity, exercise-as-medicine, and behavioral change interventions to determine safety and effectiveness for RMD populations

I also have expertise in cross-cutting areas of patient inclusion and Implementation Science through the application of implementation frameworks (e.g., CFIR, RE-AIM) to evaluate the scalability, barriers, and facilitators of lifestyle interventions in healthcare systems. Expertise also in co-developing educational and digital interventions with patients and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
