Testing of premium threaded connections with hydrogen and hydrogen sulfide
About
Conduct full-scale qualification tests of premium threaded connections for well tubulars to be used in hydrogen storage wells. Tests include pressure and axial tension cycles with continuous exposure to hydrogen to simulate the full service life of hydrogen storage wells. Tests can also include hydrogen sulfide to simulate the effects of biogenic byproducts.
