Protos AI Agency (Greece) is actively seeking consortium partnerships as an AI/NLP technology provider for the following Horizon Europe Cluster 4 calls:

Priority Calls:

• HORIZON-CL4-2026-05-DIGITAL-EMERGING-02: Next-Generation AI Agents — our ATHENA system is a production-ready multilingual AI agent for real-world public sector applications

• HORIZON-CL4-2026-04-DIGITAL-EMERGING-19: GenAI4EU Booster — we bring deployed GenAI systems across legal, health, and cultural heritage sectors

• HORIZON-CL4-2026-04-DATA-06: Efficient and compliant access to data — sovereign AI with full GDPR and EU AI Act compliance architecture

• HORIZON-CL4-2026-04-DIGITAL-EMERGING-09: Digital Twins for Early Warning — our Health Ministry AI (rare disease detection) is directly applicable

What we bring to a consortium:

• 4 production-ready AI systems (ATHENA, OpsisVision, PalaioScript AI, NOMOKRATIA)

• Greek Health Ministry contract delivered (AI rare disease detection)

• Green Horizon programme adopted by Greek Government and submitted to EU

We are looking for: A coordinator or existing consortium where we can contribute as AI/NLP technology development and pilot deployment partner. We are flexible on role and budget allocation.
