AI/IoT R&D Partner for Horizon Europe CL4 — Brazilian Research Capacity Available

IMOBI Holdings (Florida LLC) is seeking European consortium coordinators or partners for Horizon Europe Cluster 4 calls in AI, IoT, Digital Twins and smart city applications.

We bring to the consortium: — Instituto VIRTUS/UFCG: 20+ years of applied R&D, 250+ engineers, 2,000+ completed projects. Clients include Samsung, Motorola, HP, Foxconn, Xiaomi and Siemens. ISO certified. — IMOBI Holdings: U.S.-based operational entity managing international contracts in USD, compliance on both US and Brazilian sides, and single point of contact for European partners. — Brazilian fiscal incentives: access to EMBRAPII and Lei de Informática subsidies, enabling cost-effective R&D execution. — CNPq/FINEP/CONFAP co-funding: Brazilian agencies can co-finance VIRTUS participation under the EU-Brazil Administrative Arrangement (2021), reducing cost burden on the EU-side consortium.

We are particularly interested in calls involving: AI applications in industry or urban services, IoT and embedded systems, digital twins, smart city platforms, applied machine learning, computer vision and signal processing.

VIRTUS can contribute as a technical partner providing R&D execution, datasets from real deployments, and validated pilots in Brazilian industrial and municipal contexts. IMOBI handles all international coordination.
