HORIZON-CL6-2027-02-FARM2FORK-04: Improving understanding of the contribution of the organic farming sector to sustainability
Assistant Professor at Free University of Bozen / Bolzano
Brunico, Italy
About
My research focuses on understanding and shaping human decision-making in the context of sustainability transitions. Drawing on psychological, economic, and behavioral science perspectives, I investigate how individuals and organizations make choices that affect environmental, social, and economic outcomes.
My contribution to the project:
•Designing and implementing empirical research such as survey and experiments on the social and behavioral dimensions of the organic sector.
•Analyzing consumer demand patterns and willingness-to-pay for organic, local, and circular products.
•Integrating behavioral data with economic and environmental indicators to assess system-level sustainability impacts.
