Assistant Professor at Free University of Bozen / Bolzano

About
My research focuses on understanding and shaping human decision-making in the context of sustainability transitions. Drawing on psychological, economic, and behavioral science perspectives, I investigate how individuals and organizations make choices that affect environmental, social, and economic outcomes.
My contribution to the project:
-Designing and testing AI-assisted behavioral interventions (e.g., digital nudges, personalized feedback, recommendation systems) to support sustainable food decisions in online and real-life foodservice environments. -Testing behavioural interventions in restaurants and canteens aiming to reduce meat consumption and food waste, and increase the uptake pf plant-based meals - Conducting empirical user studies (surveys, experiments, field trials) to analyze acceptance, trust, and usability of AI tools among consumers and professionals.
