About me

I am a multidisciplinary researcher currently employed as Lecturer in Management at Bangor Business School, Bangor University. I have a rich academic background, holding a BSc (Eng) and MSc in Food Science and Technology from the University of Agriculture in Cracow, Poland, an MSc in International Food Marketing and Business Management from Aberdeen University, UK, and a PhD in Food Science from the Agricultural University in Cracow, Poland.

Throughout my career, I have held various academic positions, including senior lecturer role at Harper Adams University College and Food Marketing Economist at the Scottish Rural University College. I have extensive experience in research methods and data analysis recently focusing on AI applications in SMEs and Agri-Food Sector . I have been involved in numerous research projects, contributing significantly to the fields of food management and marketing and rural development. (See the list below).
