We offer integrated expertise in powder technology and additive manufacturing, with the posiibility of the reuse and qualification of materials for advanced part production.
Core Competencies:

Advanced powder characterization
– Particle size distribution (laser diffraction)
– Morphology (SEM), flowability, bulk density
– Chemical purity (O, N, H, C, S)
– Thermal behavior (DSC, TGA), sintering kinetics (dilatometry) -
Powder processing & feedstock preparation
– Mechanical milling, mixing, granulation
– Feedstock formulation for PIM (MIM/CIM) and binder-based AM
– Qualification of recycled powders or industrial by-products -
Additive manufacturing prototyping
– Design and fabrication of complex geometries using SLM, SLS, Binder Jetting
– Adaptation of process parameters for reused/reconditioned materials -
Post-treatment and material characterization
– Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) to improve density, eliminate internal porosity, and enhance the mechanical properties and reliability of sintered or additively manufactured parts.-Debinding, sintering, thermal treatments under controlled atmospheres
– Microstructure analysis SEM/EBSD mechanical testing
– Evaluation of performance after reuse or repair
