Collaborative Research using iPSC-derived cells
About
TechnoPro is looking for partnerships to develop novel assessment systems using human iPSC-derived cells for drug screening and hit/lead compounds, by expanding our proprietary system that we have established for drug discovery in research services.
The Collaboration includes;
-
Human disease model in vitro
-
CNS : Seizure risk, Addiction
-
Sensory neuron: Pain and temperature-sensitive assay
-
Motor neuron: Neuromuscular disease
-
Analysis with AI; artificial intelligence
-
Ion channels, receptors and synapse
-
CMOS analysis of axon propagation
-
Cerebral organoid in 3D
-
Phenotypic screening
-
Relativity to animal study
The proprietary system is the MEA (micro electrode array) system leveraging human iPSC-Neuron and rodent neuron in a field of neuroscience. The MEA system has harnessed artificial intelligence (AI) analyzing numerous parameters from electric action potential of a neuron network in vitro. It can evaluate mode of toxicity (i.e. convulsion) and pharmacology of test compounds in all modality from small molecules to tissues with precise detection system and phenotypic high throughput screening. The system will support a consistent stage-up of projects covering all stages of drug discovery from initial screening through hit validation and further compound development strategy.
