AI and iPSC-Neuron: Drug discovery and Safety with the MEA System
About
We offer research services of the MEA (micro electrode array) system leveraging human iPSC-Neuron and rodent neuron in a field of neuroscience. The MEA system has harnessed artificial intelligence (AI) analyzing numerous parameters from electric action potential of a neuron network in vitro. It can evaluate mode of toxicity (i.e. convulsion) and pharmacology of test compounds in all modality from small molecules to tissues with precise detection system and phenotypic high throughput screening. The system will support a consistent stage-up of projects covering all stages of drug discovery from initial screening through hit validation and further compound development strategy.
