Frozen Seafood from Mauritania – Tailored to Buyer Requirements

We offer a wide range of wild-caught frozen seafood from Mauritanian waters (FAO 34), sourced and processed through our operations in Nouadhibou.

Our core products include octopus, squid, cuttlefish, green and pink spiny lobster and shrimp, alongside a broad selection of pelagic and demersal fish. What differentiates us is our made-to-order approach. We work directly with each buyer to understand their requirements and coordinate sourcing and production accordingly, including species, size and grading, processing, packaging and quantities.

Our quality manager in Nouadhibou oversees the selection of fresh catches, with processing and freezing carried out at our EU-approved partner facility following HACCP standards. Products are prepared according to each buyer’s specifications, with quality and traceability monitored throughout the process.

We also coordinate the full export documentation required for international and EU trade, including health certificates, certificates of origin, catch certificates and EUR.1 movement certificates. Independent inspection and verification by SGS or Bureau Veritas is also available upon request.

As wild-caught seafood availability varies throughout the year, we work with customers on forward planning and long-term supply, allowing us to plan production during the relevant fishing seasons and prepare stock around their expected needs.
