1. Toll Manufacturing / Contract Processing

Ideal for fishing companies, fleet operators and pelagic traders who hold frozen raw material and need canning capacity without owning a facility.

• You supply frozen fish (sardines, mackerel, herring, shellfish, molluscs or similar)

• We handle complete processing, sterilization at 112°C, canning and packaging

• Finished product delivered under your specification and label

• Monthly capacity: 400,000–600,000 units

2. Private Label Production

Ideal for distributors, importers and retail buyers who want a finished branded product.

• Full recipe development including oil types, tomato-based sauces, spicy variants and custom formulations

• Label and packaging design support available through our in-house design team

• Available formats: club cans (100g, 125g) and round cans (160–250g)

• Minimum order: 1 pallet per product

• Lead time: approx. 60–75 days

All production carried out under HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015 and four additional ISO certifications. EU veterinary export approval covers fish, shellfish and molluscs. Products exportable to EU, CEFTA and EAEU markets.
