About
The grapes are harvested in late October or early November. Vinification involves maceration of the skins at a controlled fermentation temperature of no more than 26 degrees Celsius (79 degrees Fahrenheit) until the end of fermentation, which generally lasts about 20-25 days. It then ages for 6-8 months in oak barrels before completing its aging in the bottle. A full-bodied, substantial meditation wine.
