About
From select vineyards on the slopes of Mount Somma. Hand-picked into crates in mid-September. Suspended maceration in a cold press for 1 hour to enhance extracts and aromas. Soft pressing and controlled cold fermentation in steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine ages on the fine lees for 2 months using the batonnage technique. Aged for 3 months in steel tanks until final filtration and bottling. Its main characteristics are freshness, minerality, and savory flavors. The ideal balance between nose and palate highlights the aroma, freshness, and persistence. Straw yellow with a wide array of aromas, from banana to pineapple, from floral to vanilla. Rich, smooth, and full-bodied, with good persistence on the palate and nose.
