About

Hand-picked into crates from select vineyards on the slopes of Vesuvius. Harvest is delayed until the first ten days of October to allow the grapes to ripen more fully in terms of color and concentration. Suspended maceration in a cold press for 1 hour to obtain greater extracts and aromas. Soft pressing and controlled cold fermentation in steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months on the fine lees with batonnage. Aged for 5 months in steel tanks until final filtration and bottling. Its main characteristics are freshness, minerality, and savory flavors, with a long, complex finish. Straw yellow with a broad variety of olfactory sensations, from banana to pineapple, from floral to vanilla ones. Domineering, rich, soft and full, with a long persistence taste-olfactory.
