"OTIUM"

Otium, the wine for lazing about, is a blend of Chardonnay, Timorasso and Semillon grapes. While the pure Chardonnay, with which “Otium” shares the traditional vinification in stainless steel, tends to give soft and fruity wines, the remarkable structure and acidic tension of Timorasso and Semillon contribute to enhance the mineral tones.

On the palate it reveals a beautiful straw yellow colour with golden highlights, clear and of medium intensity. The bouquet is elegant, with citrus and mineral tones, while the palate is savoury and persistent.

It goes perfectly with hot and cold starters, fish and shellfish dishes, traditional Piedmontese first courses and white meats in general.

Unmissable as an aperitif, always in good company.
