BARBERA D'ASTI SUPERIORE DOCG "EMOZIONI"

Emozioni is one of the premium wines of the estate, and it is the result of a diligent selection of grapes grown in the oldest vineyards of the Tenuta. It represents one of the best interpretations of the Barbera variety, the culmination of attentive care for the vineyards and good cellar work.

Following traditional fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is matured for about 12 months in small Tronçais and Allier oak barrels and then in bottles for at least 12 months. The result is an impressive wine, displaying a ruby red colour with violet and purple shades. The bouquet is wide and complex, revealing scents of morel and ripe plum. Its silky body is enveloping and warm, with traces of vanilla, cacao, pepper and other spices.

Ideal for pasta dishes, this wine is also excellent with mushrooms, venison and mature cheese. A perfect wine for contemplation.
