WindSense: all-in-one platform for wind and solar site development

WindSense brings into one web application the early-stage development work that usually sits across desktop GIS, spreadsheets, CAD and public data portals. It takes a project from the first polygon on the map to a bankable pre-feasibility package.

What it does

• Financial evaluation: CAPEX, OPEX, hourly day-ahead prices, inflation, WACC, tax and project lifetime. Outputs IRR, NPV and LCOE for wind, PV, hybrid and BESS projects.

• Express evaluation: instant check of any point for wind resource, distance to grid, environmental sensitivity, existing turbines, wind rose and cadastral data.

• Land parcels: bulk loading from the Cadastre, owners, negotiation stage, contracts and suitability of each parcel.

• Reporting and AI assistant: Excel financial models, PDF maps, environmental report structure and AI-drafted sections for pre-feasibility documents.
