Ercan KÜÇÜKARSLAN

Project Manager at ASES Training

About

ASES Training expresses its strong interest in joining consortia under the Horizon Europe Space Work Programme (2025–2027), particularly in projects that connect space innovation with skills development, digital education, and social inclusion.

As a leading VET and digital innovation provider in Türkiye, ASES has a proven track record in developing EU-funded educational solutions that integrate AI, Earth Observation (EO), GNSS, and emerging technologies into practical training for youth, educators, SMEs, and vulnerable groups. We believe that the future of the European space sector depends not only on technological excellence but also on the capacity to prepare a skilled, diverse, and digitally competent workforce.

Through the EDUSPACE initiative, we aim to support consortia in designing and delivering:

  • Modular VET and micro-credential courses on space data literacy, EO application, and satellite technologies

  • AI-enhanced learning systems for personalized, adaptive training in complex scientific fields

  • EO/GNSS-based training pilots in climate adaptation, smart agriculture, disaster preparedness, and urban planning

  • Youth outreach and awareness campaigns targeting future space professionals, with a strong emphasis on gender equity and inclusion

  • Upskilling programs for educators and trainers to integrate space technologies into mainstream education and reskilling pathways

What We Offer to the Consortium:

  • Design and delivery of inclusive digital training modules and AI-powered e-learning platforms

  • WP leadership or contribution in training, dissemination, impact assessment, or stakeholder engagement

  • Deep experience with EU-level projects (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Digital Europe)

  • Access to networks of VET providers, public authorities, and regional employment actors in Türkiye and beyond

  • Focus on social innovation and sustainable capacity building, especially in underserved communities

Use Cases of Interest:
🌍 EO for Green & Sustainable Development
🚜 Copernicus for Precision Agriculture
📡 GNSS in Smart Logistics & Urban Resilience
🚀 Space Skills for Youth and Lifelong Learning
🛰️ Satellite Data for Health, Environment & Disaster Risk Management

We are open to joining multi-actor consortiums working on training, outreach, and pilot actions within Horizon Europe space calls, including collaboration with research institutions, space SMEs, universities, EUSPA stakeholders, and public bodies.

Let’s build the next generation of space talent together — from Earth to orbit, through education.
