HR-AI: AI-Enabled Video Interview & Talent Analytics Platform for the EU Space Sector
About
Building on my development of a cloud-native HR-AI interview solution (which uses heat-map technology to quantify candidate stress, engagement and passion), HR-AI will deliver a turnkey platform tailored to the EU ecosystem. The project’s objectives are to:
-
Customize assessment models for space-sector roles by mapping ESA competency standards onto our existing natural-language-processing and facial-expression analysis pipelines.
-
Validate bias-mitigation protocols through multi-cohort pilot studies with at least three space-sector SMEs, ensuring equitable evaluation across gender, nationality and career stage.
-
Integrate consortium-wide analytics via a shared dashboard that aggregates candidate pools across partners, enabling skills-gap analyses and forecasting workforce needs for upcoming missions.
-
Develop an open API ecosystem so that third-party training simulators, psychometric test providers and LMS platforms can plug into SpaceHR-AI—leveraging my prior experience with Workday Extend and SuccessFactors App Center modularity.
Drawing on my Erasmus+ proposal successes, academic work on digital ecosystems and business-model innovation, and hands-on AI-driven HR research, this project cooperation will culminate in: (a) a co-authored journal paper on “AI-Mediated Talent Selection in High-Reliability Organizations”; (b) a Horizon Europe proposal for scaling the platform across 15 EU states; and (c) an open-source toolkit for small space ventures to adopt transparent, data-driven recruitment at minimal cost.
