Virtual Coater is ICS’s proprietary simulation software designed to optimise plasma coating processes before physical trials. By accurately modelling PVD and PECVD deposition parameters—including cathode power, substrate bias, gas composition, and geometry—Virtual Coater allows engineers to predict coating thickness, uniformity, adhesion, and material composition across complex substrates.
