UK–Singapore R&D partnership for AI-agent execution assurance

Spydar AI Ltd is seeking an eligible Singapore business to form a joint UK–Singapore industrial R&D consortium focused on practical assurance for AI agents operating in software and infrastructure environments.

The proposed project would investigate how organisations can determine whether an AI agent’s consequential action was authorised, followed the declared execution path, and produced evidence supporting a bounded, reviewable conclusion.

Our technical foundation is Ota, an open-source execution-governance system that gives repositories a machine-readable contract for preparation, permitted tasks, execution paths, verification requirements, evidence, and proof limits. The collaboration would extend this foundation through joint research, prototyping, evaluation, and validation in regulated or security-sensitive software environments.

We are looking for a Singapore company with complementary expertise in AI assurance, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, agent evaluation, developer infrastructure, or regulated-enterprise technology. The partner should contribute substantive technical work, experimental environments, defined work packages, and a credible route to commercial adoption in Singapore or wider Asian markets.

This is intended to be genuine co-development, not a reseller arrangement or nominal consortium partnership. Both organisations would jointly define the scope, contribute R&D resources, and develop the resulting intellectual property and commercialisation plan.
