Spydar AI Ltd is a UK-based research and development company focused on practical assurance for AI agents operating in software and infrastructure environments.
Our work examines a specific question: when an AI agent takes a consequential action, how can an organisation determine whether that action was authorised, followed the declared execution path, and produced evidence that justifies the resulting claims?
Our existing technical foundation is Ota, an open-source execution-governance system for software repositories. Ota provides a machine-readable execution contract shared by developers, CI, and AI agents. It makes repository preparation, permitted tasks, execution paths, verification requirements, evidence, and proof limits explicit and reviewable.
For the UK–Singapore CR&D programme, Spydar AI is exploring a joint industrial research project focused on execution assurance for AI agents in regulated software environments. Potential research areas include bounded agent authority, independently verifiable execution evidence, evaluation methods, policy enforcement, and integration with enterprise software-delivery systems.
We are seeking an eligible Singapore business with complementary capabilities in AI assurance, cybersecurity, developer infrastructure, DevSecOps, agent evaluation, or regulated-enterprise technology. The ideal collaboration would involve genuine technical co-development, with both organisations contributing engineers, research, experimental environments, defined work packages, and routes to commercialisation.
We want to work with a Singapore company that has a real operational problem, can own substantive R&D work, and sees commercial value in building trustworthy infrastructure for action-capable AI. We are seeking a genuine technical collaborator, not simply a reseller or nominal consortium participant.
