About
The Water, Soil, Waste Pollution Control Laboratory of the National Research and Development Institute for Industrial Ecology – ECOIND offers a service for the analysis of PFAS in drinking water using an internally developed and validated LC–MS/MS method.
This method enables the detection and quantification of 27 PFAS at limits of detection as low as 0.01 µg/L, demonstrating excellent linearity and high precision, in line with current EPA, Romanian Ordinance No. 7/2023 and the European Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC) requirements.
The service is intended for authorities, water operators, laboratories and other entities interested in monitoring PFAS contamination and preparing for future regulatory compliance under national and EU legislation.
