1. Experimental and fundamental researches in ecotoxicological field (acute, sub-acute and chronic aquatic toxicology on fish, green algae, planktonic and benthic crustacean, aquatic and terrestrial plants, bioluminescent bacteria and other type of bacteria) according to OECD / ISO methodologies.

2. Laboratory testing for various types of chemicals and mixture (pesticides, detergents, pharmaceuticals, biocides, PFAs, heavy metals, inorganic salts, different industrial chemicals, plastic, microplastics, oil etc.) and environmental polluted samples (waste water, surface water, leachates, ground waters, drinking water, soils, industrial wastes, sludge, etc.)

3. Specific researches for: toxicity assessment of difficult substances and mixture; toxicity efficiency tests for algaecides; bioaccumulations studies in fish or aquatic and terrestrial plants; biochemical and histological determinations to assess sub lethal toxicity of hazardous chemicals on aquatic organisms (fish and algae);

4. Impact study for establishing the discharge limits of chemical substances used for industrial purposes;

5. Aquatic risk assessment of chemicals / waste waters effluents (PEC/PNEC/ risk quotient) - direct risk and complementary risks;
