Business Co-Founder for AgenticBreeding (Agri-Tech AI Platform)

I'm a data scientist with a PhD and 10+ years building statistical and machine learning tools for plant breeding decisions at Corteva Agriscience and Pioneer Hi-Bred. I'm building AgenticBreeding, a platform combining genomic prediction (GBLUP) with multi-objective optimization to help vegetable seed breeders prioritize which lines are genuinely worth field testing — addressing a well-known industry bottleneck where, by breeders' own estimates, only around 10% of genetically promising lines ever reach field validation.

I've validated the problem directly with breeders at Semillas Fitó, Limagrain, and Planasa, and the MVP is technically working. What's missing is the commercial side: someone strong in sales, partnership structuring, or go-to-market strategy to help convert these early industry conversations into formal contracts and lead the venture's commercial development.

I bring the technical and scientific depth; I'm looking for a counterpart who brings commercial execution — together forming a complete founding team for the EIT Food TeamUp process and beyond.
