Modulatio's casting process for biomimetic structures (lattice and alveolar) enables mass production of ultra-performance components while saving material and reducing weight. By varying the geometry and density of the structures, we can achieve multifunctionality (kinetic energy dissipation, vibration damping, heat exchange, etc.).

Our process is entirely based on casting — no additive manufacturing — making it cost-efficient and scalable. We are currently looking to build concrete use cases in the transportation and mechanical sectors (foundry parts).
