Hydros Power S.L., an award-winning Spanish SME specialised in hydrogen technologies, offers the STELION® Booster Station, a compact and fully electric hydrogen compression unit designed to enable decentralised hydrogen refuelling and on-site gas handling wherever conventional infrastructure is impractical, costly or unavailable.
One of the main bottlenecks in the hydrogen value chain is the high cost and complexity of traditional refuelling stations. Conventional solutions rely on large compressors, high-pressure installations, cooling systems and significant CAPEX, which makes small-scale, pilot or distributed hydrogen deployment economically unviable.
The STELION® Booster Station directly addresses this challenge by providing a plug-and-play, electric-driven compression solution that can be deployed close to the point of use.

Adjustable pressure range: inlet pressures from low pressure up to 200 bar (model dependent) and outlet pressure up to 350 bar.

At Hydros Power, we are seeking commercial partners, system integrators, distributors and industrial end users under a Commercial Agreement with Technical Assistance. The company provides the equipment together with technical support, system configuration, training and assistance to adapt the solution to local regulations and operational requirements.
This cooperation model ensures safe and efficient deployment of the technology while allowing partners to expand their hydrogen offerings with a proven, field-ready solution.
The STELION® Booster Station is already on the market and ready for international deployment, supporting the transition towards flexible, scalable and decentralised green hydrogen infrastructure.
