GAT (Global Anti-Terrorism) is an advanced early threat detection system that integrates AI-powered image processing technologies with cyber intelligence infrastructure. The system utilizes publicly available wanted and criminal watchlists as structured data sources, transforming openly published identity and visual information into analyzable datasets.

In addition, open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies are applied to examine digital footprints of entities publicly identified by authorized institutions as linked to terrorism or organized crime. All collected information is processed and maintained within a structured database framework in compliance with applicable legal and data protection regulations.

The developed AI algorithm is designed to integrate with existing security camera infrastructures of organizations and institutions. The system analyzes live or recorded video streams, performing facial matching and similarity scoring processes. If a detected face matches profiles within the database, the system triggers predefined alert levels to notify the organization.

Through this architecture, institutions gain the capability to identify potential risk indicators before an incident occurs. GAT creates an integrated threat awareness layer by combining physical security infrastructure with cyber intelligence data.

Tengri Guard’s objective with GAT is to develop a scalable, AI-driven early warning mechanism powered by publicly available data, providing advanced analytical support to institutional security systems.
