This Spanish company is specialised in the development of solutions that facilitate the adaptation of agriculture and food processing to climate change.

We have developed and implemented a complete Digital Twin infrastructure based entirely on free software and open technologies, designed for the capture, analysis and intelligent visualization of experimental data in biological, agricultural, environmental and biomedical research environments. The solution integrates advanced sensors, real-time processing, artificial intelligence, artificial vision and 3D immersive environments, offering research groups a scalable tool for the observation, modelling and prediction of biological and physical processes with high precision.

In particular, the architecture of the Digital Twin is composed of the following modules:

  1. 4-20 mA sensory data capture and wireless modules: Acquisition of analogue and digital signals from sensors for temperature, humidity, pressure, flow, gases, etc. Local or remote communication via HTTP/REST or Modbus/TCP. Wireless transmission via IoT modules.
  2. Local and external REST APIs for sending data to institutional servers: Secure channel between sensors and SQL structured database. Deployable and integrable in institutional and collaborative environments. Built-in open-source data visualization platform, enabling custom dashboards and automatic time series analysis.
  3. SQL Databases: Structured storage and automated time traceability. Supports analysis from R or Python.
  4. Artificial Intelligence Module: Training predictive models based on experimental data or images to detect patterns or anomalies in the data. Anomaly detection and continuous learning.
  5. Machine Vision: The twin incorporates ten machine vision technologies for real-time image and video processing for classification or segmentation. Integration with scientific cameras.
  6. Advanced Visualization + Interactive 3D Environment: Dynamic dashboards synchronized with three-dimensional environments.

We are interested in commercial agreements with technical assistance to provide clients from the biology, biotechnology, agri-food or bioengineering sectors with advanced monitoring and prediction systems adapted to the their specific needs.
