About
Creative Minds is a transnational initiative that places the talent of neurodivergent individuals (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, etc.) at the centre of the cultural and creative sectors, addressing the need to build inclusive educational, professional and social environments.
The project aims to recognise, develop and valorise the creative, analytical and empathetic potential of neurodivergent people through accessible methodologies, specialised mentoring and safe spaces for creative expression and participation.
Key objectives:

Design and pilot an inclusive training model in creativity, design, culture and communication.

Develop employability and job placement pathways for neurodivergent talent within the cultural and creative sectors.

Train educators, cultural managers and organisations in cognitive accessibility and universal design principles.

Build a European network to support, recognise and scale neurodiverse talent in the creative industries.
Expected results:

A modular and blended inclusive training programme prototype.

Accessibility guidelines and adapted creative tools (visual thinking, mind mapping, multisensory environments).

Inclusive creative residencies in collaboration with universities and cultural centres.

A European Observatory of Neurodiverse Creative Talent, including data, case studies and best practices.
