President at CREAMODITE

Madrid, Spain

About

Socio busca coordinador: “Tengo una propuesta formativa sólida y busco integrarme en un consorcio liderado por una universidad u organización coordinadora.” Corrigo is a transnational collaborative pilot initiative aimed at the co-design, implementation and validation of a modular advanced training model for professionals in the creative, cultural, educational and social sectors.

It is based on the Invisible Talent® Master's program, an innovative educational initiative that combines systemic design, regenerative thinking, applied creativity, and neurodiversity with a multidisciplinary, inclusive, and ethical approach.

The proposal directly addresses European challenges in social transformation, inclusion, cultural sustainability, and the creative economy, aligning with the objectives of Cluster 2 of Horizon Europe.

Specific objectives:

Design an international modular Master's program, adapted to multiple creative profiles (design, art, entrepreneurship, teaching, cultural management), with a flexible structure and a regenerative approach.

Implement a transnational pilot of the Master's program, with the participation of institutions from various European and Latin American countries.

Strengthen key competencies in systemic thinking, formulating funded projects, intercultural communication, and ethical leadership.

Promoting inclusion and neurodiversity in creative and educational environments, with accessible and adaptive methodologies.

Creating a replicable toolkit, comprised of teaching materials, open methodologies, assessment guides, and visual thinking tools.

Main activities:

Co-creation of the modular curriculum with European academic and cultural partners.

Development and testing of content in three languages: Spanish, English, and Italian.

Training of trainers and support for participants in the pilot program.

Organization of international workshops, project clinics, and creative residencies.

Open dissemination of materials, case studies, and lessons learned through a multilingual platform.

Expected impact:

Implementation of an innovative, modular, and transdisciplinary educational model, adaptable to universities, cultural centers, and continuing education programs.

Development of conscious, resilient, and internationally engaged creative talent.

Expanding access to creative education for neurodivergent individuals or those with unconventional backgrounds.

Generating real-world projects with regenerative impact (social, cultural, and environmental).

Strengthening Euro-Latin American networks for educational and cultural cooperation.

Ideal Consortium:

We seek collaboration with:

Universities with programs in design, art, educational innovation, humanities, or social sciences.

Cultural centers, innovation labs, or creative hubs.

NGOs and associations dedicated to inclusion, diversity, civic engagement, or sustainability.

Public or private institutions interested in pedagogical innovation and social transformation through culture.

Innovation and European Alignment:

Corrigo not only proposes a new educational model but also addresses key themes of Horizon Europe Cluster 2, such as:

Inclusion and civic engagement

Social and cultural transformations

Creativity and sustainability

Skills for the future of work and knowledge economies

Furthermore, it fosters an ethical, collaborative, and regenerative vision of higher education and the creative sectors.
