Professional Retreat for sustainable entrepreneurs

Frequently, we organize three or four days professional retreats on our secluded property in the rural south of Portugal. In a mix of training, self reflection coaching and intervision, a small group of like minded participants of the retreat, will work on their personal and professional development. The participants will work on assignments, and get feedback from both the experienced coaches and the other participants as well. Besides this, there is plenty of room to relax and reflect, for yoga, swimming, silent hikes and of course delicious meals. On the fourth day, the owners will teach you about the permacultural principles, applied on the 9 hectare property, and you will be invited to help on the land, whilst digesting the valuable insights of the previous days.
